I couldn’t decide between a birdcage veil (because when else will I ever get to wear one? never!) and a hair flower, so I chose to go with both.
My mother made the peony hair flower for me, and I borrowed the pearl bracelet from her. The birdcage veil is from Etsy seller heknowsmyname (who I highly recommend!). White gold ring with an engraving from our favorite song – Billy Bragg and Wilco’s “California Stars.” Buttons on the back of a Marisa gown – I had no idea the buttons would be so hard to do, since we only zipped it up during the fitting appointments!
